Alright sorry got confused and heres the video on site. Only these need swinging the rest do not and i'll try out Wire Zip.

Wire zip might have something to do with the edge of the screen but it's inconsistent might not be worth it for full game runs. Also you do have to swing on most Buoy things to avoid the ground the rest not shown in the video no

Using those flying Buoy looking thing, you can swing on them using left and right. If you press A+B at the same time you'll fly in the direction you're swinging.

You use it in 4-1 to skip a Pearl fight, 4-3 to skip the platforming before Don Krieg, 5-1 to skip a platforming section, 5-2 to skip alot of fights and 6-1 to skip that last section

I do wanna practice it without ng+. Once Im done with my first run ill come back and use new strats.

I would say wait until there is an actual ending
