While i do have everything i need to speedrun a game, i do not currently have a youtube channel, nor do i stream on twitch. is there any other way to submit a run besides those 2 platforms?

i know probably no one will see this and its just an audio thing anyway but are we allowed to have the develepor commentary setting on?
