The description in the Rules sections is kinda vague. Does NG have restrictions that Any% doesn't?

I'm having a hard time copying the inputs by just looking at the video linked in the guide. Is there a detailed written version somewhere?

Had the idea to do some runs of TH. Would any mods be willing to add this category if I did?

Are the leaderboards for this hidden in a sub-category somewhere now? Or if I submit a run should I request it be added again.

Looking into this category but I only have the English version as of now. Are there any tricks that can't be done in this category due to region?
