It's technically an easter egg and not 1/40 anomalies. There are videos that explain how to get the "Oops, It's a Bug" achievement.
If a specific anomaly category was created you could require the player to "Delete Saved Data" before starting the run.
Also, the only anomaly I have found that is not RNG dependent is the Out of Bounds anomaly. Found during the "Oops, It's a Bug" achievement.
OIIA% would be a Meme Category, Time stops when you trigger the Cat Rave anomaly.
TV Jump-Scare Skip - this skip can be performed on either Day 2 or 3.
To perform: As the Day # is displayed on screen, (Hold) Forward and Sprint while aiming your camera downward and to the right slightly. Then interact with the door and pass through it while the screen is still dark. If done correctly Bori will jump through the TV immediately as you pass through the door saving several seconds.
(This skip is performed very quickly but is simple and consistent if done correctly.)
(Also, I have the faster screen transitions option enabled in my settings.)
Updated Info:
As of Version 1.0.6 the anomalies seen in-game are random between 62 possible scenarios.
There are a few days with fixed scenarios; Day 1 (Door), Day 2 & 3 can either be a News Broadcast on the TV (Door) or a Jump-Scare through the TV (Pills)
Days 4 - 8 are random scenarios and Day 9 is a Cutscene. (Act 1)
During the game you must collect All Doll pieces to progress.
(I encountered a soft-lock when ignoring the dolls pieces)
(If you begin to loop the same day infinitely, you are soft-locked and must start a New Game.)
Day 1 of Acts 2 & 3 will include a News Broadcast (Door)
Days 2 - 8 are random scenarios and Day 9 is a cutscene. (Acts 2 & 3)
I think [Day 50%] & [Day 100%] would be fun categories to run.
I agree. My run was done on Crush The Castle Legacy and should be separated from the flash version.
We should seperate the versions. I think the Original Version runs at a framerate of 40 fps and the Steam Version runs at 48 fps with reduced lag. The Steam Version's gameplay movement is faster and will require quicker reaction times compared to the Original Version.
