That spreadsheet was initially made to keep track of kills and distance WRs - not to compete with this board - but you can submit specific character runs there for any%, all-areas, Captain, and separate NTT runs of those categories. It's not as populated as this board currently, but I have a few character runs I've been working on to submit there too. It's managed by the staff of the partnered NT Discord server.

Half of what you just said is total bullshit. The portal appearing where it should and the crown vault bug are true, those were fixed. Level generation and enemy density weren't touched at all in NTT.

• You'd be removing a ton of runs if you removed everything not on u98. Maybe remove pre-release runs, but even then that's losing a lot of scores.

• I think removing 6 char entirely would be good. It's a strange, pointless category, and there's already enough categories to spread entries thin. I will be submitting a Captain run and hopefully a co-op run soon - I think those are good to stay. 12-char isn't a category I'm likely to ever submit a run for, but it is interesting... not sure about that one personally.

• Regarded the just-added rule - I don't think you should retroactively remove runs done in NTT. It barely changes anything from the base game (it's even being used in the summer tournament), and you'd be removing a lot of runs from the already low-population boards.
