Talked for a bit with other mods, the "100%" category would be All Achievements following the same rules as DR1 and V3.
However, if you want to force the issue and do an All Main Game Achievements run, we won't stop you; you'd just have to figure out which achievements you'd need to get for a valid run.
To match the other main series games, the 100% category would likely be all achievements, with side mode achievements included.
Typically we operate on a system where, if the category is reasonable to be included and someone does a run of the category, we'll include it on the leaderboard.
I feel like I remember SoggyToost doing an all achievements run of DR2 anyway, so I'll touch base with the main mods.
We allow Chinese and Japanese versions for DR1 and 2 so French V3 should be fine
Once mods are available to make the change, they'll fix it. You should be fine to submit a run under ps4

We recently moved it to the minigame designation but would also like it to remain on the series page.
