1. Blue Burst has all areas unlocked by default so you would just start ruins and go, there are some other reasons as well but that is more a Karl or Veralix questions which just message them on twitter for an answer (they are not on here often)

2. Version 2 is not banned, just don't think anyone has done a run on it. We allow PSO+ so I see no reason to not allow Version 2. Once again may be more of a Karl or Veralix question which I will post their twitter accounts at the bottom.

3. DC you have to back track to unlock the ruins and Gamecube you do not making gamecube faster. PC is most all the versions are different and not the same as the console. We do allow Emulated GC on Dolphin since it is actually extremely accurate.

A few people have done runs of it. Nobody has been interested in making it a serious category so it is not on the leaderboard.

I dont see why not, we havent looked into it ourselves but should be good.

No Blue Burst. You can get the GCN version but we also accept it emulated on Dolphin.
