It is not Koiverse's fault for trying to make a profit when the game cost them $750k to develop.

The game costs money so that they can make a profit to hopefully fund future egg hunts. It would have been free if Roblox cared enough to collaborate with Koiverse. It is also $30 specifically because of the limitations that Roblox has put up in terms of paid Roblox games.

Chapter 0-2 are free to play. There is also a Demo% category that exists for this exact reason.
