So i can get access to the game when i subscribe the monthly and i can stream it legal ?(if yes i gonna do this asap)

How do so many people have the game? I mean i have the game on my own because i downloaded it illegal (gonna buy it when it comes out) - but do they all have the game legal or why can they stream the game and make videos? Am i allowed to make Videos?
