1. Does the game ordering disappear once you are no longer have supporter status? As in do the games revert back to original/not ordered once you lose supporter status even though the orders were done with the status?

If question 1's answer is that the game orders are still there then:

2. Can I add new games to the already existing orders on my profile and can I add new orders in general to my profile once the supporter status is gone?

ps4, ps5, xbox series, xbox one, and switch.

I'm doing runs on ps4 very soon and searched what consoles this game is on and it's available on all the above.

Ps4 has a demo of Dark Deception which is just the first level (assuming "Monkey Business"). Can I use that to the first level of this game individually?

3 hours in on both my any% attempts and the game crashed. Any ideas on why?

I have pending runs for each of the episodes and no problems when doing them, but then happens on 2 different any% attempts? Heartbreaking

Just finished playing my first playthrough on ps4. NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. I want to get the platinum in this game before speedrunning this game, so went through again to get all of the collectibles, NO PROBLEMS this time either. Then I started going for the 45 minute and no death run trophies, and these were the problems I had in 5 tries.

1. No stairs to get back into game station after whack-a-wuggy. (happened 3 times)

2. No floor to land on when you get to Mommy in the area with the red tape. (happened 2 times)

I've now came here to see if anyone knows what I can do to fix these. I haven't gotten past the area mentioned in 2. so I don't know if any other problems will happen or not. Any help at all will be appreciated.

EDIT: The game and my console are both updated to the latest patch, if this is necessary.

Quick question. I’m a new Hello Neighbor speedrunner and I’m a bit stuck on the final act, specifically the shadow part. Some runs I have done, I have the double jump so I can do the last few things in that section. And other times, most times, I don’t have it. I don’t go for the double jump power in Act 3 house but I still has the power in finale shadow sometimes but not on every run. Is there a way in which I can ensure that I have the double jump in every run that doesn’t mean that I have to get it beforehand or do I just have to be lucky? Any help will be appreciated.
