Hey I was wondering if I could be a mod on the Kid Icarus Uprising page. The game has a lack important things, such as rules, and guides, and recently a friend and I wanted to try this game, but since we have no rules to follow it makes it hard. On top of this, when I posted a thread about the lack of rules I haven't gotten a response, and both mods haven't been on in over a month at least. So instead of waiting we could define rules.

So I wanted a guideline of what you can and can't do in a any% run. Where does timer start and end? Things like that.
