If you're doing a longer run and get a pb in a smaller category, like doing a 32 track run but get a nitro/retro pb, are you allowed to submit the nitro/retro pb or does it have to start in the track select screen?

Hey, kinda new here, I started running the game a couple days ago. I read all of the forums and it seemed like a decent amount of people would like to have separate categories one without chest boosts and/or the glitch that shoots you to the top and one with. So I was wondering why a glitchless or no major glitches category hasn't been made.

Why do these runs start from a completed file and exclude the bosses

since you're allowed to do runs from a completed file are you allowed to do the K Level anywhere in the run or do you still have to do it after you collect all of the KONG letters in the world you're running
