An Act II / Act III Only speedrun board would have serious flaws unless everyone spends their points the same way; has the same map progress; has the same save file(?): something like that - etc. etc. this sort of category with inherently unequal has no appeal to me

I highly recommend Act 1 - Act %

You will performing everything you do in Act I threw Act 3 at least once (minus upgrading armor/sword)

Also its a very competitive category with great resources and community :)
