i feel that having the ability to submit runs for a single crown is a great way to build consistency at getting a 10 for 10 crown

I got this game a while ago and I've been considering running it. The most recent activity on this game was a month ago so I was wondering if I submitted a run if anybody would even see it. Mods? Reply if you see this so I know it's active

I just did a practice run on swordplay: duel. (both subcategories) And when i was looking at the rules. it says that runs below 16 min need video proof. So, if i were to just submit the run/s without video. (because there isnt one) would they be accepted?
