Canadayou can set the game to 16:9 resolution but widescreen fixes are not allowed
This is one I will decline on, we have tried to get some traction on stuff like spindashless before and it never quite gets off the ground. Might be a fun idea for a race or a video showcase tho
Rules are rules, I didn’t make them back in the day I just verify the runs now. It likely doesn’t affect the game or give you a large advantage, but it is way easier for me to verify if there aren’t a bunch of cosmetic modifications to the game. If we were to allow cosmetic modifications, it would be the wild west and something would eventually slip by unnoticed while someone else is verifying. You got the setup right with your most recent submission, btw, so I’ve accepted that one. There are also dreamcast conversion boards which may be of interest if you would like to use that.
