There aren't very many categories, considering how many things there are in this game that could be turned into a speedrun. Any ideas? I have some myself.

Scuffle Island: Get through all the fights in Scuffle Island as quickly as you can.

All bosses: Fight all the bosses (in any order) as fast as possible (excluding King Olly).

Yeah that's about all I could think of.
