FranceHey :) There will be No OOB categories at some point. Right now people are still having discussion on what categories they actually want to standardize on. Once we know what other categories should be added, No OOB will likely be added to some of them since there seems to be a lot of interest.
Hey! Glitchless any% was renamed and moved to a subcategory of any% called "Selected Restrictions", the rules remain the same except bashing during cutscenes and grenade jumps now banned (no glitchless runs did them). You can check the rules pastebin for more details :)
So you meant the entire Act should be one time? Each level is timed separately in-game so I don't see why that would be better.
I actually found that separating each level was clearer, instead of separating it in sub-categories in every act ^^ The "Act X Level Y" layout was fine IMO since there aren't that many levels.
Plus the speedrun.com API doesn't make a difference between sub-categories so you would only be able to get the best time from the fastest level in the Act, i.e. Level 1 for the first Act.
