so,I streamed SA a lot in the past and suddenly when I want to capture it with OBS 2 things happen: 1.SA slows down to like 1FPS 2.nothing appears in OBS Anyone had this issue before?

Considering all the attributions a super mod should have, I will go with dark viper and toriks. If needed I will join myself, as I plan to run the game in the near future.

here is my opinion .the only things that should be baned from current gen is the fireworks rocket launcher and the swift helicopter .the other weapons are ok with me including the railgun from next gen but if we all agree with DLC the 2 things will be allowed anyway . i am ok with or without DLC

i think until the xbox1 and ps4 versions are released we should all be playing without dlc weapons
