The run could be sped up, spliced, or edited in some other way. Also, if people start to submit runs with videos that aren't even of the run, or no video at all, then there would be a completely hectic and inaccurate leaderboard. TASing is not the only reason a run can be invalid.

I agree with Nattyleof on this one. It is a quite minuscule time difference and I don't think there should be a separate leaderboard for it
