The Discord Link is expired, is the Discord gone?

I can not find a way to beat the current WR Time on 5 Deliveries. I could do it in Flagstaff if the RNG weren't as bad as it is. Is there a way to get better RNG for the 5 Delivery Run, or is the only way to get a faster run now to downgrade to before Redding was updated?
