You start within the zone of your own intelligence, timer starts, and the goal is to get the enemy intel and cap and timer ends. Runs are on a private server. Speedruns of this kind already exist aswell as on my youtube (2Fort Scout%, 2Fort All classes/Any%). The rules on there are as follows. 1. Speedrun starts within the yellow line of your intel room. 2. Speedrun ends when you cap. 3. No assistance allowed. (by assistance that means you must be alone, no bots, no players). I've only seen scout, engi and demo being used and only on 2Fort so if this turns into a category on speedrun.com, this would catch alot more attention and would make it all more interesting.

Me too i use OBS, and I think the problem is that your "Max Bitrate" in settings is a bit too low (for the quality) or too high (great quality but low fps). I've had that happened many times, and try recording and testing and change every time the bitrate lower or higher for better quality and better fps.
