340 confirmed, I got a 342. I don't know if 345 can be done.

Beat 1-2 while getting all coins in the spring area, then enter the pipe with the piranha at the checkpoint and get to the Mega mushroom/goomba room. Then beat the level. My best is a 332, but I expect 340 to be possible.

Pear is right. You don't have to have the timer visible, as the mods will time it anyway, and if your time is wrong, the mods will fix it for you.

Well, would it count refights? Also I think it would be more interesting if it was postgame, because if it wasn't postgame, it would be similar to darker side. A Category Extension idea could be "Boss Rush" Where you have to beat all the refights as fast as possible, including, or excluding, the Bowser refight.

Well on the topic of Captain Toad%, There could be a run where you find every captain toad moon as fast as possible. It would probably be in post game, but you haven't collected any captain toad moons yet. It would kind of be like all signs.
