You can do launches on PC, so the only difference would be PS5s Activity Cards which is only used in 100%

It's integrated into LiveSplit. Make sure you have Marvel's Spider-Man as the game name and then there should be and "Activate" button for the autosplitter/ load remover.
The 50 hidden landmarks do not count since they don't count toward map completion. The same thing goes with objectives in crimes and hideouts. They are not needed for 100% since the objectives aren't counted toward map completion.
lastest version of the game broke the load remover and autosplitter, downpatching the game is the only way for them to work right now
Feel free to also run the DLCs (if you have them, of course). The DLCs are way shorter than the main story and can get you prepared for main story runs.
If you want to go through the pain, yeah. You might be the only runner though since no one wants to do it.
