Why can't ppl submit? Why is the record 1ms?

Nobody has really speedrun this game much so it hasn't really mattered, but if more runs pop up then I'd have to decide what constitutes a load as they can vary from person to person (and run to run). There would be a decision on the frame a load starts and end and you would remove all the time inbetween these frames from the real time of the run.
