I was planning on doing runs of this category and I had a couple questions for the mods:

I notice the 2 existing runs follow 100% rules. Is this a requirement of the category? If it is, the rules should probably explicitly say so. It would be relatively easy to beat TMR's time by just using warps and the Rat Race skip.

Also, does the Dark Queen's knee attack count as a "hit", even if it doesn't do any damage? I noticed TMR doesn't use the normal grounding strategy for her.

I realize this is kind of a meme category, but I don't want to grind out runs of this only to have a run declared invalid.
