I have played the PC version and got really good times, I did a run without recording and I noticed all of my track times were better than the current record, however it was ~6 min slower in total. I then decided to download the PS Emu version and my times were worse because I drove worse, but my RTA times were better. I would propose that we use the IGT track times added together in the run, like Sonic runs rather than using the rta times so both PS1 and PC are viable options.
