Hi I was wondering if PAL is or is not optimised to run at the same speed as NTSC (like Paper Mario 64 do) I know there are some games optimised and some games not but I don't know if Luigi's Mansion is one of them because when I search for information I always get differences about Hidden Mansion but not about actual speed of the game.
