German Reich was removed from the game with the addition of the German Empire, so please replace Reich with Empire.

I posted the link in the discord thinking most people would just forget about it; turns out they didn't.

This is in conjunction with tem and jxracers posting on the wiki, meaning everyone is speedrunning now
