ya i do 60 but for what ever reason it won't do 60 in windowed mode anymore unless v sync is off but full screen can do 60 with it on.

Ok so when i turn off V Sync i get a lot of screen tearing

So I'm not sure what's happened but the game won't run any higher then 30 FPS. It was Fine till I installed windows on an NVME. Any idea why this is happening?
