IT'S OVER.

Huge shout-out to Dimuslv for creating the best mods to practice and other code-related help with the game. The run wouldn't be this fast without his help.

The legendary sub 17 I was aiming for ended up being 16:38 which absolutely blows my mind. I don't think this leaves me having any more business playing this category. In the following days I plan on creating a tutorial for this game in a form of a playlist, and maybe trying to set some crazy IL records too.

I hope Nate_Nitrogen tries to beat this. :) I would be super happy to have some competition in this game, and I may come back once things get interesting enough.

Regarding the run itself: Solid run overall. That was a moderate amount of troll RNG spread throughout the whole run. Looking back at it, I don't think this RNG was as insane as it seemed after I finished the run, but it was still decent. It is definitely beatable, but for now I'm super satisfied with the run, and I will leave it like that, probably until it gets beaten.

I got my SOB down to 14:36.4 (there may be a little bit of inaccuracy due to manual splits, but I was very careful about that, and didn't save any unfair golds, so it should still be fairly accurate).

I once again forgot to readjust the game window in my OBS, so it's a little bit cropped on the video. That happens when I'm switching between a version of the game where I see the menu bar in Adobe Flash Player and the one where I don't. Sorry for that, and I hope it's still watchable, and that again there won't be any issues with the verification.

I also had the wrong filter set on my mic, so the keyboard clicks are much louder than usual, I hope your ears don't bleed, sorry for that.

Changes to rules regarding powerup usage in ILs

When the individual levels leaderboard was first set up, it was decided that keeping separate categories for powerup runs and no powerup runs would be somewhat pointless, in part because many levels are barely any different with powerups, but also because no one was actively running ILs anyway at t
