Hey I've done a run or two but haven't put any of them up because they suck. I was wondering if I can use a macro (bound to my mouse) to spam spacebar when I want to skip a cutscene... Since it really hurts my thumb to constantly spam it

Also is using the reload skip allowed?

You cannot use macros or scripts in speedruns.
