When a run gets submitted, do you keep the time bonus or take it out?

I think the original thought was to keep the time bonus and have that as the final time on speedrun.com (and it says that is the time to use in the "game rules" tab) but I'm not certain if that is a good idea or not so we could just change that if it becomes a problem. And sorry for not being so active btw :/
