oh wow i actually got it - this was fresh after doing a 2CC run in the Arcade version through MAME (managed a damageless Area 3-2 and 3-3 but had to continue at Area 2 lol) and then a 1cc attempt in this version that I lost to too many hits at Wild Dog and then the final fight.

Soooo yeah this is my first 1CC in Time Crisis 2, and despite the Very Hard setting (which I think might be why some of the COMMON enemies shoot me on sight), its funny that I could get it done in like 3 full attempts - not counting the 5 or 6 tries that died in Stage 1 because I took a hit early from common soldiers deciding to be mean.

Played on PCSX2 with the patched version of the game to not have the flash/smoke from emulating the GunCon with the mouse. Adjusted the colors through the Shade Boost option to get more vivid colors slightly similar to the arcade version, and recorded with the game running in 2x res.

No savestates used - you can find this run's score on the TC2 scoreboard at RetroAchievements, as I did this run to get the "Gunslinger" achievement (1CC in Very Hard).
