Im noticing in peoples runs that in level 3 some enemies spawn for me that dont spawn for others. Any clue as to why? this level just seems impossible, no matter what i do i die to these enemies that apparently dont spawn for others

has to do with timed quickload, somewhere after second car. If they keep moving just save and reload on that spot multiple times, generally does the trick

when after the second car do i start quicksaving and reloading?
