Does this run start from a new file with the initial car-list of Viper to Mustang 428CJ or can it be done with a 100% file with the 4 additional cars (Project Vantage, Speed 12, GTS-R, XJ220) available for the Championship, Challenge, Pitbull and Ultimate Cups?

I think playing while 100% is unlocked is fine.
