So with the introduction of speedrun challenge mode in patch 1.3 will that be used for any% or will it be is own separate category?

It would indeed be the any% category. I am trying to contact Nemesis to see if he's willing to continue to become the Temtem speedrun mod and hopefully the any% category will be updated and the rules will probably be changed to follows the challenge rule
