This is a Cheat Engine Table file. You must have the Program Cheat Engine to run it and attach it to the game and click the checkbox next to FDM on the bottom section of Cheat Engine after it is attached to the game. If no Red X appears in the checkbox you are either not connected to the game process by clicking on the top left of Cheat Engine and selection the game EXE while it is running or there is a bug or incompatibility and you should let me know.

This is a Beta and has some known issues with potentially not speeding up everything its supposed to speed up consistently. It will still be used for the FDM category but note that eventually (Might take a while) it will be updated and hopefully fix these issues and become faster.
