I think I could have optimized my movements a little better, but I like how this one turned out. As long as you attack the turrets first and not the naval factory the enemy commander will almost always beeline to the turrets to repair them, allowing myself to use the explosion to get the turrets as a byproduct. The first speed-run I've officially submitted for any game.
