Idk how to make the objects rotate faster without completely fucking up my mouse sensitivity

cap fps to 60, along with letting you jump slightly higher object rotational speed is tied to framerate, will be slower on higher fps

How would I do this on Xbox though?

Unfortunately there's no way to change that setting on console

would 30fps be faster than 60 then?
