On a whim I decided to do a one off stream and give each JP category a go to see if the effort I'd been putting into PAL translated there. Sure enough, knocked a whole minute out of it. Not even close to optimized since I have no idea what the health values are on JP, so it's all just playing it by feel and hoping for the best.
