I am not able to accurately framecount any runs on this board based on what I interpreted to be the starting and ending frames for timing. Every single time I get is around 100ms faster than what gets posted. This also means I am unable to accurately time my own runs.

For the starting frame I was using when the screen turns black after choosing the game mode. For the ending frame I was using when the score changes to 9999. These are giving me incorrect times so one or both of these is incorrect.

Could one of the mods please clarify what the correct frames are? Specifically what counts as choosing the game mode and what counts as the score changing to 9999?

I understand your confusion, but fortunately the answer is pretty simple. When I TASed it out it takes 6 frames from the time you hit start until the screen goes black. I see where the black screen seems more natural for timing, and in a way it doesn't matter as long as it is consistent. When I've been retiming I've been going back 6 frames from the black screen, so there is your 100ms. I believe I've been the one timing all the runs, so hopefully it should be consistent.
