RNGsus shone on me today! I only had to get the perfect phase 1 one time to get the luck needed in phase 2. One note: the double quick duck buffer is not perfect in the PAL fight, it's actually one frame short. My inconsistency at it slows it down often enough for me to get the perfect delay more than I would if I just timed it manually.
