I would think that it's not allowed, since SPO Speedruns are timed with the IGT and I'm unaware of a Spreadsheet for Android.

Likeeee theres a spreedsheet app on phone and when i use to run on phone i would beat a circuit put the times use cuz i dont play on mobile anymore

And even if there wasnt a spreadsheet app, people could just ask for the retime, or calculate the time by themselfs
