I am planning to speedrun this game (once I have a better computer) and in the unlikely event that I or someone ties for first, and we are certain that it is the second barrier for the speedrun (say 1-5) would ms be added or would it stay as a tie?

The 1-5 record is a 20.310 . If I got say a 20.430 or something, technically, the 20.310 guy is 1st but we would be tied.

Well, i would try, but if its the same thing as ILs witch didnt let me as ms, then we would have to find a work around.
