I've just started running and can't complete the game with 3 lives, even with continues.

For valid runs, are you allowed to:

• Use a continue?
• Go up to 5 lives?
• Go up to 9 lives?

You can do it if you want no problem but you'd better learn to survive by train too.

Yeah, getting better already. Watching videos trying to get more back grabs on regulars and grabs in general on bosses.
