why doesn't 65 star exist? it seems like it'd be better

Why would 65 star exist? Boss 3 door requires 80 stars. It's the 70 star equivalent of star road, like how Mario 64 has a No Major Skips any% category star road also has one.

@neo_ its a super arbitrary ruleset and a weird category. It would be like the 31 star of star road. Banning bljs in certain locations but not others just makes a weird category.
