ILs and/or IWs claiming to have beaten a world record now require video. ILs and/or IWs that tie or do not beat world record still do not require video. EDIT: Only Top 3 runs require video now for full game categories. Remember: Any quality of video is accepted as long as a majority of the screen and the timer is visible. Thanks
