Nope, only platforms that are listed under "Approved hardware/software" in Game Rules are permitted.

Unlicensed consoles/famiclones will often have certain behaviors or issues that a regular NES would not experience when a game is being played, (an obvious example would be inaccurate sound emulation) thus making them inaccurate compared to an original console and not allowed for that reason.
