I have relized that Niftski and Nebula both use the same keyboards as well as runners from other nes game. Could anyone tell me which keyboard it is and if its mechanical what the swith type is. Thank you.

Yeah we use the G815 specifically, the G915 is the wireless version and the G915 TKL is the Ten-Keyless version, I recommend the G815 since it's less expensive + it has he least delay
I have a mechanical keyboard but whenever I flick my finger across a key the cap pops off. It makes simple things like the jump at the beginning of 1-2 really difficult.
I have that same issue with my keyboard, liam It's pretty hard to put into muscle memory at first, but try pressing the key downward, instead of flicking outwards. Once you're used to it, it shouldn't be that bad. Hope this helps
