We are updating the rules to add the following:
Adapters and input displays are not allowed to give you more information than looking at an unmodified controller. This includes, but isn't limited to: exact input values, carpetless input display skins, or specific off-notch indicators.
We want to discourage having input displays be a tool that aids your run live instead of just for viewers/offline reference. This will only apply to N64/VC as simultaneous Analog/Digital mapping is allowed on Emulator. Previously verified runs not complying with this rule will remain on the leaderboard as no input display rules were in place at the time of their verification, so they are grandfathered in. If you're unsure whether a specific input display skin is allowed, reach out to any SRC moderator.
